It ranked third among the most modern companies in the Podlaskie district. This success resulted from the implementation of unique European class IT solutions.

| Requirements
|
| Striving to provide high standards of public transport services and creating a strong brand, KPKM searched for solutions that would allow to save resources and improve business communication in the finance and human resources management departments. The aim was to integrate numerous dispersed tools and processes within one platform in order to use public finance more effectively. |

| Implementation
|
Pursuing the aims, the internal and external document flow was implemented, which improved the information exchange between various departments. As a result, the employees are now able to forward documents to the appropriate department and are informed about the subsequent steps of the procedure. Moreover, everyone may easily submit a leave application or look through their salary or bonus record. With an analytic module at their disposal, the management is able to estimate the operating cost of particular lines or buses. Provided with managing tools, they can also supervise the whole process and control the assignments and deadlines.

| The result
|
The synergy of front office and back office systems enables KPKM to save over PLN 100,000 every month in comparison with the costs borne before the implementation. Additionally, paper documents have been almost completely eliminated and are used only as invoices in the petrol station owned by the company.
