The chief motivation for implementation of a platform which will enable constant revenue rising was the dynamic development of the RRC Group and market demand for an automated sales management tool. RRC expected to relieve their sales department from repetitive operations. They also wanted to provide their customers with a tool for more efficient product presentation and straightforward trading.

| Internet sales and follow-up front office tools have been successfully implemented in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Russia. After logging in, the customers can browse through a hierarchical product catalogue including price information and a present stock. They can also make orders that are automatically transferred to the ERP system. Different reports are available – sales orders, invoices or documents. RRC salespeople are relieved from typing order details manually into Axapta, they appear automatically in the right place. Quoting individual prices is reduced to setting parameters in ERP, which automatically displays them on the website. |

Owing to our front office solutions, repetitive business processes have been reduced for RRC business partners and inside the company.
