They were the first cable television operator to introduce High Definition Television to their cable customers and the only one to offer Video on Demand. Multimedia have over 150 branches in Poland and provide over 1m services for some 660,000 customers.

Multimedia Polska S.A., which has grown rapidly in recent years, decided to improve communication within constantly developing organization. Additionally, they chose to facilitate activities in some areas by applying automated task and document flow. All the changes aimed at improving loyalty among employees and relieve them from performing repetitive processes, which were supposed to become the background of everyday activity.

| Implementation
|
The social network, which inspires loyalty among employees, includes an internal website, with functionality similar to Facebook and enables inviting friends within company, sharing information, pictures or movies. The users are able to chat or create blogs which may include data concerning carried out projects. Task and document flow, on the other hand, supports and automates the existing business processes which include leave applications, internal orders, investment applications, law office queries, applications for investor centre, hotel booking, resources reservation, back invoices, contact flow, preventing and adjusting actions, formulating and updating documents. All applications are digitally signed which aliminates the need for paper approval.

|
Front office solution implemented in Multimedia Polska S.A., gave this large organization ability to handle the communication between branches dispersed all over the country. Monitored information flow between organizational units allows for more effective resources utilization and more efficient corporation management. However, the most significant consequence was creating truly engaged society, which identifies with the company and helps it to develop.
